• WorkHex will not share, sell, or misuse your business or employee data.
• You retain full ownership of your data.

3. Fair Usage Policy

• WorkHex is intended for legitimate business operations only.
• Abuse of the system (e.g., spam, automation bypass, fake users) may result in account suspension.

4. Support & Training

• All plans include access to helpdesk support and onboarding guides.
• Enterprise and White-label plans include premium support and live training options.

5. Service Availability & Uptime

• We strive for 99.5% uptime and will notify users of planned maintenance.
• WorkHex is not liable for temporary outages caused by third-party services.

6. Payment & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
• No refunds are available for trial or promotional plans.
• Cancellation of subscriptions must be done before renewal to avoid charges.

7. Termination & Data Export

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
• Upon cancellation, you may request a full data export within 30 days.
• WorkHex reserves the right to terminate accounts violating these terms.

8. Competitor Access Policy

• Accessing WorkHex for competitive analysis is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to deny access or terminate accounts found breaching this policy.

9. Intellectual Property

• WorkHex and all associated branding, software code, and design elements are the property of Brandstrek Coders LLP.
• You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of our platform.
